Sweet nothings
I can finally post this FO, as it's now with my friend H. H and her husband M are expecting thier first baby, and my immediate response to the news was to rush out and but some Artesano Alpaca in a neutral and non-sickly shade.
The pattern is a simple tube, with a row of YOs near the top, tied with a cord.

ooo lovely colour!
I've touched balled alpaca and knitted up stuff but I've never worked with it. I worried it'd be a bit snaggy.
It wasn't snaggy, it moved like butter :)
Proof that baby knits needn't make me spew.
