Last time I was at my Mam's, I stumbled on some fab pillar-box red fake chunky mohair stuff that was £1 for 100g. I had no idea what to do with it, until I saw the delicate shawl in the most recent issue of Simply Knitting. 3 balls later, and I have a solution to the current crappy weather

Work-angst + social life + cough = very little getting done.

I've started a new travel project, to take to Amsterdam, which is my version of the delicate wrap in the current issue of Simply Knitting.

They did theirs in Kidsilk Haze, while mine is in chunky red mohair. It's looking really pretty so far though.
