For Purlyqueen, who convinced me that socks weren't that difficult at all.

For Flibbertygibbet, who grasped sock knitting right in front of my eyes at Foyles, and encouraged me to pick up the lonely second sock and make it beautiful.

For Yarnstorm, who I imagine will get a kick out of pink spots with mutli-coloured stripes.
