Wow, May, way to be a rollercoaster.

I honestly can't remember a month with that much heartache and happiness all at once.

2 deaths, a birth and a couple of new pregnancies to boot.

These socks are a welcome to the world gift for Felix, who is still in hospital after arriving early.

My craft-fu is still missing, as demonstrated here.

When I did the back, I read the chart left to right, instead of right to left.

Fine, not a problem, as long as I continue to do that.

I started the sleeve on holiday, and kept to the revised plan.

Clearly, yesterday was the day that my knitterly brain took over, and I switched cable direction.

Birdsong was overshadowed this morning by the sound of frogging and muttered rude words.
